We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced frontline leader in Disability to join our Client Experience team in Melbourne. At Nextt, we enjoy a hybrid working model. Our purpose-built office is in the heart of the CBD with a portfolio in the North/West suburbs of Melbourne. This position requires regular travel in the community.

**Your key roles and responsibilities**:
You'll manage a portfolio of clients and a highly motivated workforce to provide the best support available, whilst working with your key stakeholders to promote business in the region.
- You’ll bring an energetic, solution-focused, sustainable and growth mindset.
- Drive your team to deliver tailored services to clients ensuring an excellent experience.
- Be an engaging and collaborative leader, driving a high-quality and supportive team culture of valuing people, that is focused on outcomes through coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate on a responsive workforce plan that attracts, engages, and retains Support Workers.
**To set you up for success, we ask that you**:
- Have a strong leadership and management background with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Qualifications: minimum Certificate IV in Disability.
- Are passionate about providing the best support to clients, their circles of support, and Support Workers.
- Are results driven with a demonstrated ability to empower others.
- Have experience within Disability, NDIS a bonus but not essential.
