We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Front Office Manager** to lead the team at **Oaks Melbourne on St Kilda Road**. Overlooking one of Melbourne’s most iconic boulevards, this property is a favourite for both business and leisure travellers, and we’re seeking a strong leader to ensure every guest has a seamless and memorable stay.
**About the role**:
- Lead, motivate, and train the front office team to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage rostering, performance, and team development.
- Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to achieve operational excellence.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within front office or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confidence in using property management systems and a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
