We’re looking for a new Front Office Manager to take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions to our guests for every stay. Your leadership will focus on delivering a strong guest engagement score alongside departmental revenue goals using a combination of existing and newly introduced initiatives.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Managing and coaching your front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and the warmest of welcomes
- Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and remedy any complaints
- Imbed the IHG One Rewards culture into your team and meet brand standards
- Conducting regular front office inspections to ensure we’re making the right first impression
- Helping to prepare budgets and finding new ways to drive revenue from walk-ins and up-selling at the front desk
- Training team members on best practice procedures and taking the lead during an emergency or crisis
- Leading a highly motivated team to grow their own careers with the hotel and IHG

**What we need from you**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a busy hotel environment
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management is desirable
- Solid understanding of hotel systems (Opera, PMS) and revenue management principles
- Experience in rostering and efficient manning practices
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Unrestricted full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available)
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence, First Aid certificate and RSA certificate
