Join us as Operations Support where you will be coordinating site operational and product activities along with support across multi facets of the business enabling deliverables & revenue recognition in a timely matter in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area. Reporting to LBL Manager and will be based in Notting Hill,Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining sustainable relationship with customer
- Managing customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication
- Coordinating plans, schedules, and oversees operational and product activities and completing adhoc administration
- Managing customer satisfaction by ensuring that ABB fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements
- Ensuring the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed
- Managing the order process in a timely manner from quotation to delivery
- Responsible for all required reporting and documentation. Ensuring all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system

**Your background**:

- Demonstrates strong organizational skills & multitasking abilities and strong customer focus & managing customer conflict
- Experience in supply chain & logistics planning and Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of software
- Knowledge of SFDC & quotation processes and Knowledge of SAP highly regarded
- Technical background highly regarded and experience in contract management systems desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internally and externally
