**What is this role about?**

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Remuneration, the People Data and Reward Analyst will produce and enhance the reporting, and analytical capability and market benchmarking within the P&C Division. The role will also assist with decision making and provide insights to the P&C team and the wider business.

Here’s some more insight into what you’ll work on,
- Salary benchmarking and assisting with annual remuneration review process across the business.
- Job evaluations, updating and review of position descriptions.
- Reporting and analysis of compensation and benefits trends, award compliance and interpretation
- Understand trends and developments in remuneration and employee benefits, and to contribute to compliance.
- Support the design and delivery of employee remuneration and benefit program including, STI and LTI plans, annual remuneration reviews, review employee benefits and provide recommendations on improvements.
- Production of people metrics
- Data analysis on various people related topics including turnover, performance, DE&I, pay equity etc.
- Create and maintain Manager Dashboards

**What can you bring?**
- You will have a keen interest in remuneration trends and practices with demonstrable experience working in Human Resources Data Analysis, specialising in Remuneration & Benefits
- Strong HRIS and reporting skills with an innate ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data.
- Highly proficient in using technology (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI) as an enabler to support the delivery of functional outcomes is essential to this role.
- Prior knowledge of HRIS Systems such as Cornerstone and Aurion is desirable but not a prerequisite.
- Relevant tertiary education is desirable/
