**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is a global financial services organisation looking for a P&C Insights Analyst to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Our client is experiencing significant growth and this role is vital to support their continuous growth plans. They are a fast paced and results driven organisation who are continuously evolving and based in the CBD. They boast a collaborative work culture with a people centric focus.

**THE ROLE**

The role reports to the GM of Reward and as an Insights Analyst you will be delivering key analytics and insights to both the P&C team and the broader business. Utilising data, you will guide decision making and consult with key stakeholders across the function on factors such as efficiency and risk management. You will also maintain the accuracy and quality of data on the people systems whilst supporting the implementation of a new HRIS. You will initiate process improvements to ensure best practice and compliance with regulation and participate in Strategic P&C projects as required.

**THE CRITERIA**

To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in a HR or a related discipline and you must be passionate about working with data. You will be someone who has strong problem solving and analytical skills and proven experience using both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse and interpret data. You must be able to “tell the story”, testing hypotheses to support your position or demonstrate value across different types of HR related data.

You must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with using data analytics or data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tibco Spotfire etc. You need to be able to confidently develop useful metrics, models, dashboards, and analyses to support various P&C initiatives.

To fully enjoy this role, you must be customer service oriented, have a high level of administrative skills, be proactive and excellent communication skills.

Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, economics, statistics, science etc is preferred but not essential.
