DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Team Lead, Solutions in Kemps Creek.
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing freight movement to and from the warehouse, ensuring accurate invoicing, managing returns, and maintaining strong communication with customers, transport providers (internal and external), and suppliers. The role includes supervising the day-to-day activities of the Solutions team by allocating workloads, providing operational guidance, and maintaining high service and compliance standards. The Team Lead ensures the team operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with KPIs, client SLAs, and internal procedures.
**Your typical day at DSV**:
- Lead and supervise the Solutions team, allocate daily tasks, and ensure KPIs, SOPs, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Oversee team onboarding and ensure compliance with SOPs, training, and GxP requirements.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, pick-pack, labelling, and inventory control, ensuring accurate data entry and timely order processing.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and transport providers, providing updates, resolving service issues, and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality systems, training records, and SOPs; oversee CAPA processes and support audits and operational risk assessments.
- Analyse supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and contribute to business continuity planning and operational reporting.
- Lead audit preparation and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Assess operational risks and develop continuity plans to minimize service disruptions.
**About you**:
- 2+ years' experience in a senior logistics, admin, or team leader role within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, customer account management, P&L, and compliance/OH&S requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
