Team Managers - Kemps Creek, N.S.W

Toll Group is seeking experienced and motivated Team Managers to oversee our daily operations within our Multiuser Distribution Centre.

We have AM Shift Team Managers and a PM Shift Team Managers on offer.

The role of Team Manager is to direct, co-ordinate, supervise and achieve service objectives with regards to all warehouse operations, ensuring that tasks are completed in the safest and efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures, national strategy and in a manner always ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance.

Sound working knowledge of all warehousing duties performed by a Team Manager. Be accountable for the designated operational area of responsibility. Effectively supervise and provide direction and guidance to Team Members and assist with job training and inductions.

This is a role where leadership, customer excellence and operational efficiency all come together, and you will need to drive high standards whilst ensuring the site is being run safely and efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to
- Leading the delivery of warehouse logistics for a key customer, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.- Identifying and progressing innovative logistics solutions that enhance Toll’s reputation for cutting-edge services.- Building strong, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.- Monitoring and reporting on compliance to meet financial, audit, and operational standards.- Managing and engaging team members to promote a positive, compliant, and safety-focused workplace culture.- Upholding and promoting a strong safety culture aligned with organisational and regional standards.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in transport, logistics or fashion related industry.- Exposure to 3PL Warehousing and familiarisation of automated warehousing.- Leadership Skills to manage and mentor the team.- Proficient computer skills with good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to Drive the TOLL “Safety obsessed” strategy. Actively participate in the TOLL Incident & Injury free (IIF) program.
