**Description**:
As the Cleaning Services Team Leader, you will lead the on-site cleaning teams at Australia Post Kemps Creek Facility. You will deliver exceptional cleaning services across the warehouse and office areas and ensure the highest standard of presentation. As an experienced people leader, you will have full autonomy and responsibility for people, safety, service and performance, when the majority of the cleaning is performed.

This role will require availability Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm with possible weekend shifts as required.

**What you will be doing**:

- A hands on front line cleaning role you will help ensure efficient cleaning, lead the teams responsible for scheduled cleaning tasks in all designated areas.
- Manage cleaning staff rosters in conjunction with the Roster Coordinator
- Create and sustain a safe and productive environment for all
- Lead and develop the on-site team:
**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will have**:

- Commercial or retail environment cleaning experience, ideally with multiple types of equipment and machinery
- Demonstrated team leadership experience of large teams, including performance management
- Experience in large retail or warehousing environment - advantage
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally
- Outstanding problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management, organisational and effective trouble shooting skills
- Positive and engaging manner with all stakeholders, strong customer service orientation
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
