**Team Leader - Warehousing & Logistics**
**Location**: Kemps Creek
**Full-time | Monday to Friday**

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on **Team Leader** to oversee and coordinate our warehousing and transport operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of goods and communication across teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise daily warehousing and logistics operations
- Coordinate team workloads and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Monitor and manage transport documentation and compliance
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate stock control and order fulfillment
- Track incoming and outgoing stock, investigate discrepancies, and report on KPIs
- Provide support with data entry and administrative tasks where required
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and team performance

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within warehousing, transport, or logistics
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
