Echoview Software is the global leader in hydroacoustic (sonar) data visualisation and analysis software for the assessment of aquatic environments. Our flagship product, Echoview®, is trusted by hundreds of organisations in over 60 countries and is the standard for advanced hydroacoustic studies in marine and freshwater ecosystems.

**The role**

As Sales Administration Officer, you will play an active role within the sales team. As a highly organised individual with outstanding communication skills, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, and support to other members of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing customer enquiries and other leads
- Preparing and delivering customer quotations
- Managing sales opportunities
- Fulfilling orders: preparing documents and licensing materials, liaising with finance, updating CRM and licensing systems, preparing goods and shipments
- Managing stock of licensing and shipping materials

Part time or full time hours are negotiable.

**What we are looking for**

Required:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The right to work in Australia

Desirable:

- Experience in the administration of a CRM system
