About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales and Leasing Administrator to join the team in Hobart on a permanent, full time position. The role of Commercial Sales and Leasing Administrator supports our award winning team through their daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of marketing materials- Assist with the sales settlement process- Manage databases effectively and accurately- Provide administrative support to the team

About you- Are experienced in preparing print media- Are experienced in using Adobe InDesign or have a willingness to learn- Have demonstrated skills in Excel, Word and Outlook- Proven organisational and time management skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Show strong attention to detail- Can work in a dynamic team- Previous experience real estate agency setting is desirable but not required
