You'll be responsible for ensuring our practice runs smoothly, overseeing everything from staff schedules to financial management, and ensuring patient care is always prioritised. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of multiple practices, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to maximise productivity.
- Lead and support a team of administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle financial management tasks, including billing, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including infection control.
- Organise and manage social activities, team-building events, and staff meetings.
- Monitor and improve practice performance, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Proven experience in operations management or office management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, invoicing, and accounts management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with ease.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Ability to align with and embody the core values of teamwork, patient care, authenticity, progressiveness, and communication.
