**Your new role**

As the Solution Manager - Consulting Practice, you are responsible for the provision of operational and strategic support to the National Leads within Proximity’s Consulting Solution to achieve our business and strategic objectives, whilst also ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

**What you will achieve in this position**
- Bid coordination including working proactively with the proposed delivery team to develop timely responses and drive consistency in our approach.
- Maintaining relevant data and maximising Proximity systems to manage jobs, our client service, and the veracity of our dashboards.
- Proactively contributing to continuous improvement of the Policy & Programs and Transformation practice group operations, Client Engagement team objectives, and Proximity operations more broadly.
- Developing, implementing, and refining a detailed visit and engagement plan for the Policy & Programs and Transformation teams, to raise the profile of the Proximity brand, and drive awareness of the services we offer.
- Continually connecting with Proximity team members to share knowledge, gather business intelligence, monitor engagement and provide support where needed.
- Proactively analysing the Policy & Programs and Transformation teams markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform our approach and future strategy.
