**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Client Experience Supervisor, you will provide the highest quality ‘over the phone' customer service at all times for all internal and external client enquiries. Working in a small team you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls with the department taking on average in excess of 1000 calls a day. This role would be suited to a person with a can-do-attitude, superior time management skills with the desire to be part of a fast paced unique team culture all working towards same goals of delivering high level of service excellence to all clients including each other. The ability to work between 7am to Midnight Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturdays and Public Holidays is required. Shift times can vary between 4 hours and 7.5 hours.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for answering enquiries and schedule bookings from medical professionals and patients for pathology specimen collection services at Clinpath Collection Centres, domiciliary visits and hospital visits;
- Administrative tasks relating to laboratories results management, patient bookings and collections/appointments management;
- Provide medical practitioners with pathology results.

**Applicants should possess the following**:

- Demonstrated superior customer service skills;
- Experience in a health and/or medical industry with medical terminology experience will be highly regarded;
- A polished and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible work environment with the ability to prioritise;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team;
- The ability to be an active listener;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- High level of confidentiality;
- The ability to work calmly under pressure;
- Computer competency including the willingness to learn new systems; and
- You will be required to receive the COVID 19 vaccination inclusive of booster dose if eligible and provide copy of certificate.
