**Introduction**:
Distinctive Wardrobe Solutions is a growing family business based in Bathurst since 1977, looking to add a key player to our tight knit team. We supply wardrobes and shower screens to the construction industry across multiple states/territories.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Beam Saw & CNC Machine Operator to assist the team across a range of other tasks required in the smooth running of our factory located in Bathurst.

**The Role**:

- Operating CNC Machine and Beam Saw.
- Operation of the forklift to load and unload materials and completed jobs.
- Liaising with the operations manager with relation to factory operations and staff.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to report all outstanding issues to Supervisor or Management.
- A real team player working within a small close knit team.
- Ability to work to a regular roster.
- Ability to use initiative and to think outside the box.
- Ability to follow specific instructions from management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience operating commercial saws, ideally Beam Saw.
- Ideally you will have had experience in Carpentry, Cabinet Making or Joinery.
- Minimum 12 months experience operating CNC Machinery or similar.
- Willingness to complete competency-based assessments on other machinery.
- Experience undertaking machine maintenance, adjustments and minor repairs would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a Forklift and valid Forklift Licence would be desirable.
- First Aid Certificate would also be advantageous.
- Good communications skills.
- Problem-solving skills, motivation, and initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a small or large team of like-minded individuals.
- Be proactive and bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Conduct yourself with honesty and integrity in all situations.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- CNC: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
