**Job Description**:
**Location**: Karawatha, Brisbane

New opportunity for a **Collections Team Leader** to join our Finance Shared Services team, where you will lead a team of Accounts Receivables/Credit Officers.

As **Collections Team Leader**, your key focus will be to provide daily management and leadership of the accounts receivables function and compliance initiatives with the aim to drive excellence in performance and delivery.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide exceptional team leadership, coaching and feedback, escalation resolution and advocacy.
- Provide decision and technical support to the Credit Manager and team members on all debtor accounts requiring data analysis/reconciliation across Toll Group of accounts.
- Co-ordinate and delegate tasks within the receivables function, ensuring integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks.
- Proactively review all reconciliation models and processes for improvement opportunities to support operational excellence.
- Provide support/guidance to team - monitor and coach on performance to meet KPI’s and increase overall productivity

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum 3 years working within Accounts Receivables
- Strong people leadership experience, with ability to mentor and develop a team to success
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume group environment, whilst possessing excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability meet deadlines
- Strong written communication, analytical and process improvement skills
- Ability to foster and maintain excellent/strong working relationships with team members and key stakeholders
- Excellent finance system skills including Microsoft Office - Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint and Excel. PowerBI advantageous.
