**The role**:
The Organisational Development and Learning Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development programs and learning strategies that enhance employee skills, productivity and organisational effectiveness supporting the company’s overall strategic and business objectives.
This role will work closely with the senior leadership team, managers, and employees to identify learning needs, develop learning programs, and provide coaching and feedback to employees and create and deliver learning programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
**About you**:
- Degree qualified HR, Business, Psychology or related
- Demonstrated experience as Talent and Capability specialist and project management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of development and learning programs
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities
