A Little Bit About The Team And The Role

The Media team work together to deliver solutions that encompass display, native, mobile, content and video products - connecting client brands with our consumers as well as working in the product integration and data space. We’re looking for an outstanding Brand Partnerships Account Manager to join our Melbourne to drive and lead our strategic approach to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 long-term partnerships that align to the property journey.Develop a thorough understanding of all media products and become an expert on our offering and audience, including knowledge of data and content/SEO- Accurately capture and track all proposals and campaigns in market - Implement the most effective and efficient brand partnership processes and delivery.- Produce accurate media and production costings using Excel.- Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture and always demonstrate proactivity and collaboration.- Project manage end to end integrated responses, finding solutions for media clients through REA's network of content, data and product offerings. Being the conduit for these teams and the media sales account partners.- Lead content and product workshops with clients to unlock new spend opportunities- Work with agencies and clients direct to design and execute partnership strategies- Work to maximize commercial return across all REA’s assets and inventory, through innovative and strategic partnerships and packaging- Develop a thorough understanding of internal products and become an expert on our offering and audience.

Who We’re Looking For- You have between 3-5 years project management / implementation experience in a media environment working on larger revenue committed partnerships- Experience of cross-functional stakeholder managements- Experience in dealing with both media agencies and clients direct, you have excellent agency relationships as well as strong client direct relationships- You have had exposure to brand and content integration, multi-screen solutions across digital, social, licensing and events.- Confident in presenting to medium - large groups of customers, with the ability to effectively communicate and tell a story to drive outcomes- Curious - You are curious, always, and can also think creatively to drive required outcomes- You have excellent planning skills and are a master of time management and juggling multiple deadlines.- You have exemplary attention to detail.- You are pro-active, improvement oriented and demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility.- Legendary PowerPoint skills- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
