IT Test Lead

As part of the Transformation team, you will be key to delivering the Transformation Change Program (TCP) transitioning from our current technology provider to One Council. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage the defect management process involving project team, business stakeholder and vendor triage, status reporting and issue escalation. - Develop or assist in the development of Test Plan(s) and other testing documentation. - Execute testing and support inexperienced testers with test execution. - Analyse and log incidents / defects using appropriate defect management tool. - Prepare and present test products and test cases for product quality review and / or assurance in accordance with the IT Project Management framework as required using templates provided. To view the **Position Description**, click **here**. **About you** **_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_** - Tertiary Education in either Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Scaled Agile Framework Certification. - Strong knowledge of testing theory, methods, techniques and tools, and proven experience of system testing, system integration testing and UAT. - Experience working with defect management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Test Rail. - Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Testing and QA processes. **Culture and Values** Our vision for our community is to be: "A vibrant, safe and liveable city accessible to all" and that means there’s a place here for you too.
