Melton Mazda is opening its doors in October we're assembling a high-performing, motivated team from the ground up. Backed by strong leadership and a fresh new facility, this is a rare opportunity to join an iconic brand and help shape something from day one.

We're now looking for an experienced and confident Sales Consultant to join our founding team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment we open.

About the Role

This is a full-time, front-line sales role for someone who's ready to hit the ground running. You'll support customers from first enquiry through to test drive, finance, handover and beyond, working closely with the General Sales Manager and F&I Manager to deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Handling enquiries and conducting professional vehicle presentations

·       Guiding customers through the sales process with confidence and clarity

·       Assisting with finance, insurance, registration and vehicle handover

·       Maintaining strong product knowledge and following compliance steps

·       Working to meet individual targets while supporting overall team success

About You

You're an experienced Sales Consultant who takes pride in providing great service and achieving results. You enjoy building customer relationships, working to a clear process and being part of a high-performing, motivated team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

·       Proven automotive sales experience

·       Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

·       Motivation, resilience and the ability to work autonomously

·       A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
