**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and support requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and database management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records.
- Support project management tasks and collaborate with team members on various projects.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
