Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is offering an exciting traineeship opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic HR team. As the Recruitment and Training Administrator Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources and recruitment while receiving ongoing training and support.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, applicant screening, and interview coordination
- Supporting the HR team with onboarding new employees
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Provide general admin support to the HR Manager
- Assisting in organising staff training and professional development

**About You**:

- Passionate about starting a career in HR and Recruitment
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
- A proactive and positive attitude, willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to our Sale office as required
- Valid Drivers License
- No prior experience required - just a strong interest in HR and Recruitment
