This is a regulatory body that assist to keep Australian airspace safe. We are searching for a project administrator that can oversee and facilitate project operations, manage project timelines and ensuring that project objectives are achieved. This contract is initially for 12 months.**Key responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinate monthly reporting and governance forums.
- Budget planning.
- Foster relationships with Staff for efficient resource coordination in line with organizational objectives.
- The role may involve travel to Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane. _

**Essential Experience**:

- Requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have some analyst experience.
- Understanding of Project management and Delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite and project management software.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Efficient data management in line with the organisation’s standards and project reporting tools
