Davidson is partnering with a Global market leading brand who are seeking a Project Analyst to work across the company's large scale enterprise wide transformation. This project is replacing the custom CRM systems with Salesforce and have data consolidated to one platform globally.

Joining the company for an initial 6 month contract opportunity.

**About the role**:
As the Project Analyst you will be supporting the Project Manager and primarily focusing on financial analysis and management including end-to-end budgets, forecasting, actuals, program governance, and reporting whilst ensuring the schedule stays on track and resources are aligned to needs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Financial management and analysis. Including but not limited to reporting, maintenance of budgeting templates and finance trackers, maintaining forecasts and assisting Project Managers with accruals at month end/ additional month end activities.
- Leading the governance process and reporting cycle in line with the agile methodology.
- Resourcing, timesheet management and managing in resource forecasting to ensure resources are not under or over forecasted.
- Along with all other program support responsibilities i.e scheduling and reporting activities
- Previous experience as a Project Analyst within large enterprise IT project
- Sound understanding of project management methodologies and governance
- Your exceptional Excel skills will ensure you can hit the ground running
- Your technical skills matched with strong communication and relationship-building skills will result in long-term success in the role and organisation
