The Project Analyst operates as part of the team responsible for inputting all land and building data (usually received as architectural drawings) from over 1,800 school campus sites, comprising an asset portfolio of approximately $20bn. The data is used for a range of program and project related purposes including those relating to relocatable movements, financial reporting, school funding for cleaning, maintenance and essential safety works

The Project Analyst will contribute to the development of strategies and systems designed to facilitate the effective reporting and use of school asset data.

Key responsibilities of the Project Analyst role include:

- Providing information, research, advice and consultancy services for internal projects
- Implementing and maintaining data analytics, best practices and workflow efficiencies
- Contributing to the preparation of the team's core documents including the Business Plan, Risk Register, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and other bulletins and dashboards
- Providing data-related reporting to inform a range of documentation (including reports, briefing notes, project proposals, correspondence and submissions for a range of stakeholders
- Identifying and proposing solutions to issues that arise and support the delivery of outcomes in a timely and effective manner.
