The Opportunity_**

At Infin8 care, our Facility Managers play a critical role in ensuring that our residents have the very best care and facilities available. They provide leadership, direction, and ensure a safe working environment for the staff under their control. Ultimately, our Facility Managers are accountable for the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the facility.

The ability to “think on your feet”, communicate, with, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers is essential as is the desire to making the most of the personal and professional development opportunities we offer.

**_ About You_**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, you do need to be aligned with our philosophy and values have strong communication skills, be a natural leader, be computer literate and have a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as
- A deep empathy and genuine care for aged care residents.
- Skills and experience in understanding all the dynamics in a residential aged care setting.
- Demonstrated experience with aged care accreditation standards, aged care legislation and a strong working knowledge of aged care funding.
- An influential leadership style focused on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents, and the management of staff.
- Business development and networking experience to ensure that the occupancy and admissions strategy and KPIs can be achieved.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and achieve cultural change.
- Budgeting and financial management acumen.
- Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
- You are solution focused and think innovatively to achieve the highest level of staff engagement, resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one).
