St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney.

We are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated kitchen hand on a casual basis. Kitchen hand shifts consist of every Saturday and Sunday.

Rates:
$29.42 (Monday - Friday)

$35.30 (Saturday)

$41.18 (Sunday)

**Your duties in this role will include**:

- Washing dishes, pans, utensils, and floors.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assisting the Chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly to avoid cross-contamination.
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.
- General cleaning duties as required.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in a physical and fast-paced environment
- Availability to work dinner and weekend shifts
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Valid Australian work rights
- RSA & RCG
