**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Kitchen Hand at SoHo, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Your main duties will include:

- Cleaning and maintaining general kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste management.
- Unpacking and signing off deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and packed away properly.
- Ensuring all food is prepared and handled in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked food preparation area.
- Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily service targets and standards.

To be considered for this role, you must display the following:

- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, ideally in a Kitchen Hand or similar role
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
- Organised and efficient with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn & can-do attitude.
- Will have flexible availability between Monday to Friday.

To be considered for this role, you must be available **Monday to Fridays**, between the hours **7am to 4.30pm.** You will be required to be available for 24 - 30 hours per week.
