St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney.

We are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated kitchen hand on a casual basis. Shifts are available for Saturday and Sunday nights.

Rates:
$29.42 (Monday - Friday)

$35.30 (Saturday)

$41.18 (Sunday)

**Your duties in this role will include**:

- Washing dishes, pans, utensils, and floors
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assisting the Chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly to avoid cross-contamination

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in a physical and fast-paced environment
- Availability to work dinner and weekend shifts
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Valid Australian work rights
