**About the Role**:
Our client is a high profile teaching and learning University seeking a **Change and Communications Manage**r to support the continuous improvement of core and enterprise IT systems and services.
Through working closely with our business stakeholders and technology partners, Enterprise Technology delivers sustainable benefits that address the University’s key and most challenging enterprise IT needs in support of enabling its strategic goals and ambitions.

**What your day will look like**:
- Design, develop and execute change management and communication services
- **Change management** - Governance, planning, sponsorship/leadership, stakeholder management, engagement, business impact management, business readiness, and reinforcement and embedding.
- **Communication** - Planning, key messages, development, delivery, reviews and editing.
- Input to reporting and performance measures, record relevant data, identify and address risks and issues.
- Promote collaboration and foster teamwork; actively participate in meetings and engage the right stakeholders in the right way, at the right time.
- Provide full transparency of activities and status (including but not limited to regular reporting).
- Foster strong, productive working relationships with key stakeholders across faculties.
- Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, embrace and champion change, deliver value frequently and regularly reflect on and drive improvement opportunities.
**What you'll need for success**:
- Previous experience in change management and communications within a complex organisational environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to convey information to and build rapport with stakeholders using various communication channels.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and the ability to adapt and work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- High-level problem solving and root cause identification skills, with the ability to use sound judgement in order to develop new approaches to resolve complex issues with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
**Highly Desirable**:
- Familiarity with the academic/research landscape at the University.

- 3 days onsite / 2 days work from home (may be flexible).
