**About Us**

Only About Children (Oac) provides high quality early years education and care to over 9000 children across a network spanning more than 75 early childhood education and care campuses throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We are a high-quality child-care provider with a unique approach to early learning, health and development of children to meet the needs of today's modern families.

**About the role**

Due to an international relocation within our wider business (Bright Horizons) we're on the hunt for a new manager to lead our National TA Team. You will be responsible for executing on our well-defined strategy, to ensure we're seen as an Employer of Choice in our sector.

The role straddles strategic and operational service delivery across all facets of TA, with a key focus on innovative sourcing (no surprise) and team development. You'll need experience of leading a successful team, and know how to set and managing KPIs that get the best out of people. We have a great tech stack already well embedded (JobAdder, Referoo, HROnBoard and iChris), and a fabulous team in place - all we need is the leader to drive the results
