Fundraising Database Coordinator

**About this role**:
In this role you will be a key player in developing a program of care and recognition for the different groups of financial supporters of the St Vincent de Paul Society to ensure every one of our donors feels valued and are an important part in contributing to our organisation. You will be a key contact for all internal and external business partners for all fundraising and philanthropy data related services including data entry, database maintenance, cleansing and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Managing the data of all Appeals and other Fundraising Direct Marketing Campaigns;
- Regularly maintain the fundraising and donor database and relations processes;
- Processing donations and relevant invoices;
- Reviewing current processes and procedures and providing improvement recommendations that will streamline the data management system.

**About You**:
You’ll be driven and innovative as you hold a passion for building relationships with different stakeholders and maintaining comprehensive data records. In addition, you have:

- Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of fundraising CRM Microsoft Dynamics;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to organise, manage, and prioritise multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Solid Database working experience in Fundraising sector (_recommended_)_;
- Previous experience in working with donors or stakeholders (_recommended)._
