**The Opportunity**

This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of case managers and counsellors providing a range of services to vulnerable members of the Boroondara community and is based in Camberwell. The role requires intake and assessment, allocation, short-term case management, and possible clinical supervision of students. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager Camcare and liaises closely with colleagues in the Wellbeing Team as well as Community Support Workers who cover the front of house drop-in service.

**Responsibilities**
- Intake and assessment duties
- Allocation of cases
- Case management to individuals, groups, couples and families
- File management
- Networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Possible supervision of students and / or pro bono counsellors

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to be self-directed
