Chargrill Charlies is known for delivering delicious, high-quality food with a personal touch. We’re expanding our catering services and need a dynamic individual to help us grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers.

**The Role**

As a Catering Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in growing our catering business. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, with a focus on corporate events, and private gatherings.
- **Account Management**: Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting with quotes, proposals, and bookings to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Market Research**: Keeping an eye on trends, local events, and opportunities to promote our catering services.
- **Coordination**: Working with the kitchen and management team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Marrickville area and its community is a bonus
- Passion for food and understanding of exceptional customer service.

Pay: $23.23 - $38.79 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week
