The Reporting Specialist will lead the delivery of integrated data and insights to support informed decision-making.

The Reporting Specialist reports to the Manager, Performance Reporting and Analytics and will:

- identify and coordinate the delivery of enhanced reporting and data management
- manage effective relationships with stakeholders to manage change, risk and resolve issues impacting the successful delivery of reporting and analytics
- undertake research and environmental scanning to identify reporting and analytics trends and opportunities relating to infrastructure delivery
- proactively develop recommendations and present recommendations to executives
- communicate effectively verbally and in writing complex issues to drive solutions
- motivate others to deliver against team objectives and build team commitment

**To be successful for this role you will need**:

- strong analytical and conceptual ability with experience in developing recommendations to enhance business decisions
- government experience
- well-developed interpersonal and engagement skills to build effective working relationships
- a collaborative and pragmatic problem-solving mindset
- ability to negotiate and influence to deliver against strategic goals
