**About the organisation**
Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to support the emotional wellbeing
of expectant and new parents, to ensure they receive timely, appropriate and specialist care. GFA provides a
range of specialist treatment programs including individual psychological consultations via face to face or
telehealth, group treatment and early intervention screening.***

**About the role**
Due to organisational growth, a unique opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager to join our
growing team. This role will be responsible for coordinating a range of aspects relating to the administration,
delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of Gidget Foundation Australia’s Gidget Village Programs; client-focused
psychological support groups and Gidget Virtual Village; moderated Facebook support groups. This role will
report to the Gidget Foundation Australia Programs Manager.

**The day to day**
- Develop strategy and look for opportunities to develop new groups and expand GFA’s current offerings.
- Drive referrals to devise client referral pathways to the groups as required.
- Liaising with third party funders as necessary to ensure deliverables around grant funding are achieved,

including reporting requirements.
- Administrative task for each program, such as managing client referrals, recruiting facilitators, promote

group activities, refining processes and procedures, and conducting evaluations and reporting as needed

- Present information at events and meetings regarding the Gidget Village program, as appropriate and

required.

- Manage Gidget Virtual Village groups on Facebook and support moderators._ _
- Develop content strategy and execute for each Gidget Virtual Village group, in collaboration with the

Social Media and Digital team.
**About You**_ _
- Demonstrated “hands on” experience supporting the delivery of health programs / services.
- Previous experience working within a small team for the successful delivery of a range of

programs/services.
- Highly flexible and organised with an ability to work across multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands to quickly and effectively respond to new opportunities and/or

challenges as they arise.
- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
