**Position Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our busy and vibrant real estate team. **Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
**Office Coordination**:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
- Assist in scheduling and managing meetings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, and ordering office supplies.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
**Key Selection Criteria**
**Essential Skills & Attributes**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Experience in the real estate sector.
- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate.

Pay: $49,000.00 per year
