**About the role**

A key support to the CEO, Board and Executive Team, as our Executive Assistant (EA), you will be responsible for the timely and quality delivery of a range of administrative functions that enable strong leadership performance.

You’ll coordinate and deliver the following:

- ** Internal Communication**: draft and coordinate internal communications on behalf of the CEO, Board and Executive
- ** Board Administration**: act as a contact point between the Board and CEO and facilitate scheduling of Board and Sub-Committee meetings
- ** Executive Team Administration**: manage the scheduling, agenda and minutes of regular and ad hoc Executive Team meetings
- ** Financial Administration**: arrange processing and management of invoices and any other financial needs
- ** External Stakeholders**: liaise professionally with external partners, suppliers, past players and other key stakeholders on behalf of CEO and Board as required
- ** Meeting and Event Coordination**: coordinate scheduling and attendance at internal meetings
- ** Entertaining and Catering**: produce and manage the quality delivery of entertainment and catering needs on behalf of CEO, Board and Executive
- ** Game Day Support**: provide support on game day to enable engagement with Board, CEO and VIP Guests
- Other general administrative tasks as required

**About you**

You’ll be a team player with the ability to foster healthy and respectful relationships, underpinned by your extensive experience in a similar role and strong executive team and board administration skills. With excellent communication skills, you’ll pride yourself on your strong time management and your ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent priorities and projects. You’ll have experience working with business software such as Microsoft Office suite and have the eagerness to learn new software and systems.

Your calming nature will enable you to adapt and remain professional during times of high-pressure. Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as AFL, sporting or entertainment will be desirable, but not essential. With a strong personal brand, you’ll display well developed personal values that align with the Club and be a true role model for others.
