Your Responsibilities

- Identify and test new growth ideas across all stages of the user journey
- Leverage your analytics skills to deliver performance insight and advice for clients
- Optimise established campaigns and channels to reduce CAC and improve ROI
- Employ your understanding of our client’s customers and their journey to develop high-impact acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels
- Build and test funnels to nurture and convert leads
- Work on product, UX and monetisation strategies to drive growth
- Keep your hand on the marketing pulse, evaluating emerging channels and strategies

- 2+ year of work experience in a high performance environment
- Existing growth/marketing experience
- Driven, self-starter who has a keen appetite for professional growth
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel and landing page optimisation, and data analysis a plus
- Performance and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly creative, identifying and acting on new growth and optimisation opportunities

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development - Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to support clients' long-term goals
- Business Model Development and Implementation - Work with clients to develop and implement new business models, processes, and organizational structures
- Project Management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
