As Growth Manager for Australia and New Zealand, you will report into the Senior Growth Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of initiatives to maximise the value of HelloFresh’s customer base.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven, highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world

**You will**
- Shape our customer strategy across local growth marketing channels to prioritise and drive the implementation of the most promising performance improvement opportunities
- Manage all monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual budgeting (cost and volume) for Australia and New Zealand customers
- Work on ad hoc strategic projects that contribute to our growth
- Present ideas and actionable insights to senior leadership teams, and work with a broad range of stakeholders for execution

**You have**
- 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Growth Marketing, eCommerce, Business Development or Investment Banking
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a logical way of working; you are able to break down problems to their root cause in a systematic way
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Comprehensive understanding and use of excel/google sheets functions
