**The Role**
This is a key position within the Customer Success team - where you’ll play an invaluable role in managing existing relationships with our Corporate clients.
You will be responsible for the following;
- Sales - Business growth by sourcing upsells for customers. Manage your own pipeline to ensure steady business growth.
- Client Relationship Management - Developing and maintaining a CRM to track and form long-term relationships with clients and boost opportunities for repeat business.
- Market Tracking - Monitoring and reporting on industry changes and competitor activity.
**About You**
- Sound sales attributes and experience in B2B sales, account management and sound phone sales techniques.
- The ability to accurately prepare and close quotes with a high attention to detail.
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to provide our clients with outstanding customer service.
- An outgoing personality with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Experience - Ideally you will have worked within Recruitment and/or SaaS. Previous sales experience in ATS / CRM / RMS / HR Software will be highly regarded
