Hampers and Gifts Australia is Australia's largest online gifting business with online retail websites The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia. We are looking to welcome a Corporate Sales Assistant to join our team to assist in corporate sales via phone on a casual basis **working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.**

**KEY DUTIES INCLUDE**

We are an e-commerce brand, so we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, able to effectively and professionally communicate sales opportunities with our customers in a non-face-to-face environment.
- Making warm and cold sales calls to existing and new customers.
- Uploading customer details into our systems.
- Training customers on how to use our ordering systems.
- Maintain professionalism and showcase strong critical thinking
- Work in a fast paced environment

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to think on your feet
- Experience with Sales Systems
- Outbound cold and warm sales calls experience
- Selling online products would be an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and prioritise tasks during our extremely busy Christmas period in a high volume environment
- Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $33.00 per hour
