Receptionist & Accounts Payable

**Your new role**
Reception duties include answering phones, stationary orders and housekeeping.
Meet & greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt, courteous manner.
Provide information to the relevant party while ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
Assist in the set-up of the boardroom of the company ensuring the rooms are left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.
Book couriers and arrange credit card payments.
Accounts Payable duties include data check, scan and entry of invoices.
Assist the management to identify, establish, improve and maintain administrative processes.
Operation, maintenance and security of record keeping systems and software.
Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering.
Oversee all billing, batching, electronic claims and invoices from the project team and subcontractors.
Ensure adequate supplies of consumables such as stationary, printers and kitchen supplies.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with IT services and support.
Assist with equipment management and maintenance.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Essential:
Demonstrated experience working in an administrative, accounts and/or reception role within a similar environment.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines.
The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Courteous with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
Positive and collaborative team player.
Desirable:
Experience and broad understanding of the construction sector.
Experience with Jobpac software.
A broad understanding of the challenges and experiences with the Accounts Payable data entry.
