**Responsibilities**:
Care Integrity agency team is rapidly expanding agency specializing in aged care solutions and services. Care Integrity is offering an exciting opportunity for a part time accounts payable and accounts receivable to join our company. We believe in working together and
About the role:
- Manage the company’s accounts payable and receivable,
- Preparing accounts payable for a weekly approval including preparing electronic transfer payments,
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve invoice discrepancies,
- Collating relevant inputs from management to ensure the timely and efficient preparation of company invoices,
- Prepare, review, verify invoices and check requests by raising and clarifying any unusual invoice items,
- Managing purchase orders throughout the company,
- Preparing statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and actively chase payment of invoices whilst maintaining excellent relationship with clients,
- Monitor general cash flow and credit control
- Any other administration duties as and when required including HR, maintaining staff records and contract administration,
- Completion of general reception or admin duties,
- Provide recommendations about financial processes to ensure improved efficiency and accuracy,
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a accounts payable and receivable or similar within a private company
- Proficient on Microsoft Office and Xero
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy
