**The role**: Reporting to the Director, Digital Solutions Delivery Services the Manager, Governance is responsible for:

- Implementing the Delivery Services Branch portfolio, program and project governance framework and process through the facilitated establishment of program and project boards and secretariat services including the onboarding and training of its member according to defined roles and responsibilities
- Implementing the Delivery Services Branch Risk and Issue (Change Control) Management framework and process guide and manage any portfolio level risks across the Delivery Services Branch
- Establishing and maintaining the delivery portfolio risk register; and facilitatiung the identification and ongoing management of risks by running risk workshops and risk-review workshops across the delivery portfolio.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in the role you will have:

- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in managing the portfolio, program and project risk and issue/change control management process, particularly in the identification, assessment, management, reporting and review of risks, preferably in a large, complex, health service delivery organisation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic risk management advice and to research, prepare and present complex reports, including consideration of the organisational context in the making of recommendations to stakeholders of varying seniority
- Experience with program and project board establishment and training including the provision of board advisory and secretariat services.
