**Project Description**

Looking for an experienced Banking and Hogan Software Professional to fill a client role as a Technical Lead on a Core Banking Application for a Major Australian Bank. This will be a non coding role, focussing on business needs, solutions, designs and quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Client Technical Leadership
- Coordinate and triage incoming work requests
- Manage estimation and resource assignment
- Work with Requestors to understand business needs and to develop Solutions
- Review Technical Quality of Supplier work
- Work closely with the project team, showing understanding of their competing priorities

**Skills**

**Must have**
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Development in a Banking Finance Domain with Mainframe COBOL
- 3+ years of experience as a Hogan Software Professional
- A demonstrated record of successful delivery of projects
- Technical leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry
- Strong Leadership and verbal and written communication skills
- Disciplined and organized approach
- Eagerness to learn, good initiative and flexibility
- Eagerness to teach and to share their skills with team members

**Salary**: From $140,000.00 per year
