- We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead for a 6-month contract based in Sydney CBD. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office per week. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a talented team to transform a core system from a.Net monolithic architecture to a modern microservices framework within the Azure ecosystem.**Position Overview**:
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development and implementation of our microservices architecture on Azure. This is a pivotal role in driving the modernization of our systems while ensuring top-notch security. Your expertise in.Net, C#, Azure, DevOps, and microservices will be instrumental in the success of this project.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the roadmap for migrating from a.Net monolithic system to a microservices architecture on Azure.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Evaluate and implement best practices in DevOps and microservices development.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and represent our organization professionally.
Utilize your security expertise to ensure the highest levels of data protection throughout the project.**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Strong expertise in.Net and C#.
Proven experience with Azure and microservices architecture.
A background in DevOps practices and tools.
