**About the opportunity**:
The Customer Service Officer reports to the Team Leader Business Systems Service Desk to ensure the provision of high quality first level customer support functions to clients, management and staff of Shared Services SA.
**About you**
Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
The incumbent will be required to liaise with a range of staff within Shared Services SA and Agencies receiving services.
To be successful you will be:
- Have the ability to work independently, under limited direction.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively to meet service levels.
- A strong understanding of Financial and HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a system support environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.
