**Café Team Leader - The Lookout Echo Point, Katoomba**

Are you passionate about coffee, customer service, and leading a dynamic team in a stunning location? The Lookout Echo Point in Katoomba is looking for an experienced **Café Team Leader** to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Barista Experience**: Ability to create high-quality coffee quickly and efficiently, handling up to 3-4kg of coffee per day.
- **Leadership**: Inspire and motivate the team, leading by example with a strong work ethic.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service with a welcoming smile and excellent personal presentation.
- **POS System Experience**: Competence in using point-of-sale systems for smooth and efficient transactions.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work across various sections of the café as needed.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $67.93 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
